I took one of my parents for their appointment with this doctor last week. I knew it was the biggest mistake as soon as I entered the office. Some guy was sitting at the reception and looked overwhelmed and confused. He was totally clueless about any secretarial work. When there was a time to see the doctor, she was also looking very tied or annoyed or restless. She was looking like she haven't slept well. She didn't bother to answer half of my questions. Didn't address my mom's concerns. We felt rushed. Very disappointed.
