Office team changed appointment dates frequently and a day before. Not friendly office team, either. Dr Tai always in a rush (2 minutes to talk to client)in consultation or followup appointment but charges $100. Before surgery he and his team said surgery fee covered by OHIP, after surgery, he said patient has to pay him because is not covered by OHIP.
I will never want to see him ever.
