Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewI just took my son to this "urgent " care clinic and he's has had pneumonia in the past. They refused to listen to his chest because we had not done a covid 19 test which takes upto 72 hours to get the results. He could be dead in that time. He's fully vaccinated but they want me to take him to the ER, just to listen to his chest? But he can go to a raptors game that would be ok but no clinic for help. She did ask do you want us to call you...No you can't listen to his chest from a phone call. What has happened to our health care system the taxes have not gone down but the level of care has and I wish I could give this clinic a negative number but 1 was the least and it should be a 0. I'm very disappointed and disgusted with this place and it's sad that I have been paying into this system for 46 yrs. I understand that the province has mandates but we need to also exercise a little common sense. I hope it doesn't happen to one of their family members and then they will understand my frustration. Thanks for nothing urgent care clinic!!!
