    Lara's approach to a happier and healthier you is simple, eat well and be merry! I saw Lara about my constant pain and discomfort with acid reflux, poor digestion, fatigue and having to feel irritable, I had had enough of feeling this way. I was in need of a good health re-start and I knew she'd be able to help me. She taught me to pay attention to my body and feed it what it needed to restore itself back to health. There is no food deprivation with her approach. She doesn't ask you to diet or stop eating junk food, in moderation you can have it. I appreciated her approach because it was gentle and not abrupt however, she did hold me accountable! I took all that she taught me and applied it to my families nutritional lifestyle. Her recipes are simple and easy and yet delicious. Thank you Lara!
