Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 1 avisI would give a zero star to this company if available. We bought our Luft range hood Lw-76 4 years ago. Last year I went to order the charcoal filter replacement but was told the product has been discontinued and no part was available. I was told my range hood is "too old" already. Come on, I expect a range hood to last at least 5 to 10 years and my last one lasted 20 years. This week one of the stainless steel covers (they also called it filter) is broken and I tried to have it fixed at the store, but was told my warranty does not cover "filter", and further they could not find the replacement since it is a discontinued item. Again, I was told that my range hood is too old (Seriously, it is my fault?) So I am now left with no charcoal filter and a broken cover. I am not able to launch any complaints to the Luft representative. Apparently this company manufactures their own brand in China and there is absolutely no after sale service. The warranty is useless. I would go to the big brand in the future. Unless you want to upgrade your range hood every couple of years, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
