Express Heat Therapy inc.

I am ashamed to say that I fell for the scam in buying these pads at the local Toronto exhibition home show.. I went to use them and the piece to get the heat going in the pack to work unlike the ones demonstrated to me at the show! I opened another pack which did produce heat by turning orange colour from clear liquid but I noticed some of the gel oozing from the size of the pad .. I assume that that the seal was broken.. Being a damaged item just purchased and having a dangerous chemical in my home is not do thing I wanted to share with my family .. The product may heat up to release tension in muscle but it is a high price to pay for faulty products or products such as a leaking bag. I can only speak from personal experience but I think Consumer Product Safety Program (Cpsp) And Canada Federal Product Health and Safety board should look into where these products are being manufactured and coming from to avoid serious issues such as burns and contamination of this liquid with foods when the item is placed in a fridge or freezer to cool it for using it for inflammation - this product is a serious health hazard

Re express heat therapy inc selling express heat therapy pads in canada at the home show in 8/3/25 .. We just went to the home exhibition show in Toronto and were sold through hard selling these products I specifically told the manger and the sales person that we had bought similar products which leaked and were dangerous not only physical issues but also when placed in the freezer to cool them ..they leaked over the food freezer etc and I had to through everything away. They assured me this a safe and I should have no trouble leave it them … I am taking them back to the home show for a refund as the reviews by other customers speak for themselves and they have experiences similar problems ! I will keep you updated about this
