Where to start! Over 30 emails written and even more phone calls made, this has been a colossal waste of time. I am in the unusual position of not having a computer nor a refund. Lenovo agreed to a return, and took back the computer. I am 3+ months and waiting for my money back. My timeline appears roughly as the following: -Purchased computer mid February 2020 -Computer ceased working 4 weeks later -Waited 7 week for parts (in spite of having purchased premium next day service) -Initiated formal return process -More than a month spent in the return process -computer returned and payment authorized mid June -Payment still not received September 24th, in spite of many emails and phone calls having been made. I have been 6 months without a working computer nor the $2,000+ refund, I am entitle to. My damages for not having a working computer as a business tool and the time wasted in Lenovo's byzantine customer service system far exceed the retail value of the computer. My advice to anyone might be having a similar experience to mine...Don't get in too deep. Throw it in the trash bin, light a fire and toast a marshmallow - you might be better off Lol
