Average rating 3.0 based on 1 reviewWithout a doubt this company offers the worst service among all the tele-media companies that I have dealt with over the years. While the technical quality and reliability of their product as a service leaves a lot to be desired, their customer service is unmatched in terms of poor quality and unprofessional conduct. They practice "bait and switch" when they sold a package to me and when I called their customer service to file a complaint, their response was: "It is what it is!" This company should be ashamed of its deceitful and fraudulent business practice as well as its dismissiveness and defiant attitude toward customer care. My advise to those who are are thinking about becoming a Glwiz customer is to Stay Away from this company. This company does not care about you and therefore does not deserve your business. On that note, if there ever was a solid case for justifying a zero star, this would be the one.
